When is the next release for X artist coming out? We are constantly working on the next releases with our roster. Make sure you are on the Criminal Records mailing list to stay updated.

I am a producer / artist / music video director / photographer / animator / designer and would like to work with Criminal Records or a specific band. Is this possible? Sure, email pr@criminalrecords.cc with more details and we will be in touch.

I am working on a film / documentary / series and would like to use music by X artist. Who do I need to contact? Please send an email to pr@criminalrecords.cc with more details.

Are you looking for bands? Where can I send a demo? We are always on the look out for good bands. If your music fits in with ours then send over a digital demo. We no longer accept hard copies for review.  Please send us an email with your website links to pr@criminalrecords.cc (subject music). Please send links and not mp3 attachments.

Are you looking for bands for your gigs & clubnights? We no longer host events such as Kerrang! Klub and Club Criminal. Our acts do make requests for bands to support them though. Follow their pages and make yourself known when that happens.

I am looking for work or work experience at Criminal Records, can I send a CV? Yes please do, although vacancies are presently few and far between. Send us your CV and a covering letter to pr@criminalrecords.cc and we will approach you when a suitable vacancy is available.

I purchased something in the shop, when will it arrive? Delivery usually takes 3 working days, however do we ask that you allow 10 days for your delivery outside of the UK. In the unusual instance that your order has not arrived after this time, please email pr@criminalrecords.cc and we will investigate further.

I went into (X) store, why isn’t the CD I wanted there? We have a selected number of recommended stockists for each release. If you cannot find one of our releases there it will mean it is out of stock. You should be able to order it there and then, but please let us know to speed up re-stocking (pr@criminalrecords.cc).
